Shipping

 

UK Orders

 

All UK items are sent using Royal Mail, either 48hr tracked or special delivery .

You can choose this at checkout, both are insured and tracked to your door.

 

Delivery will be approximately 2-6 working days from dispatch, depending which service you choose.

 

We work out our costs based on the weight of your total order.

 

48 Tracked starts at £4.20

Special Delivery starts at £7.95

 

We do offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery if you spend over £60

UK Local Pick Up

If you are local to the Somerset TA19 area, You can select local pick up at check out. Items can then be collected from Shepton Beauchamp Village Store TA19 0LN.

 

International Orders

 

All International items are sent using Royal Mail international tracked.
 

All packages are fully insured and tracked to your door.

Delivery will be approximately 10-15 working days from dispatch.


Your item may incur customs and or clearance charges or delay at customs for which we are not liable . The recent changes to the UK and EU require us to fill out customs forms for all packages being exported . We will not be liable for any customs fees incurred and we cannot write a lower value on the package to avoid fees.
 



 

Returns Policy

 

In the unlikely event your item is grossly mis-described or damaged please contact us immediately at info@secondhandbling.com. In this case we will be able to refund your shipping and the return shipping once we have received the item and fully inspected it. Please return the item with all its original packaging.

UK Returns

 

If you would like to request a return please do so within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please email info@secondhandbling.com.

For a full refund we ask that all original packaging and boxes are included with the returned item, and that the items are returned back to us within 14 days and in the exact same condition as you received them.

 

The original delivery costs are non-refundable.

The return delivery costs are paid for by the customer.

You are liable for the item until we have received it back and checked it is in the same condition as sent. We recommend using the same delivery method to return as it was delivered.


 

International Returns


Customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer, we do not cover customs fees in the sale price.  Declining to pay your customs charge is an unacceptable reason for return. In the event a parcel is returned for none payment you will be allocated store credit with the custom fees, postage and payment transaction fees deducted.

 

When returning an item it is very important that the returned item is marked as a return on the customs forms. Failure to do so will result in an administration delay as customs fees will be levied on the returned goods. This could result in the parcel being returned to the sender or you being responsible for the additional fees incurred.

 

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, you must email us with the order number and you will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% or the transaction fees incurred entirely decided at our discretion. Please email info@secondhandbling.com immediately.
