A beautiful piece of rare late-Cold War history: a genuine, solid oval link chain manufactured in 1981 at the famous state-owned Lviv Jewellery Factory (Lvivska Yuvelirna Fabryka) in Western Ukraine, during the Soviet era.

This piece possesses that highly sought-after, distinct reddish-pink "rose gold" tint that vintage USSR jewellery is famous for. At a generous length, it sits elegantly low on the chest as an opera-length chain. It is solid and incredibly fluid in movement.

Wear alone or with a small lightweight pendant.
