An absolutely stunning brooch dating from the early part of the 20th Century. Set with sparkling foil back paste stones and a oval cabochon of turquoise.
This could easily be worn as a pendant as it has a loop at the top for a bail. It may have been part of a larger piece at some point in its life.
Such a versatile piece, wear on clothes, jacket, hat or wear and a pendant on a chain or ribbon.

Stamped 925 on the back - Silver gilt, testing as 925 silver which has then been gold plated. The pin is not silver. There is also a makers mark but I can not read it.
